Accessibility Statement
MS Multiservices LA wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we have done
- All content can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Images have descriptive text alternatives in English and Spanish, and forms have visible labels and clear error messages.
- Colors were checked for text contrast (at least 4.5:1 for normal text).
- The menu, FAQ, review form and image galleries are built with labels and ARIA attributes for assistive technology.
- Animations stop or become simple when your device is set to “reduce motion”, and the carousels pause when you hover, focus or touch them.
- The site works on phones, tablets and computers and when text is enlarged.
Known limits
- The embedded Google Maps is provided by Google and may not meet every guideline. Our address, phone and email are always available as text.
- The legal pages are currently in English only.
- We have tested the site ourselves with a keyboard and automated contrast checks; it has not yet had an independent audit or testing with screen reader users.
