Terms of Service
By using https://msmultiservicesla.com or booking a service with MS Multiservices LA (doing business as MS Multiservices LA, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we offer
We offer residential, commercial, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction and hospitality cleaning in New Orleans, Louisiana. Descriptions and prices on the site are general. Photographs and some images are illustrative and may not show our own work.
2. Quotes and bookings
A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us about the property and the tasks. It becomes a booking when we confirm the date, scope and price with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. If the real condition or size of the property differs from what was described, we will tell you before work continues and agree any change with you. Payment terms are agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.
3. Access and your responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, and tell us about hazards, alarms, pets and any surfaces or items that need special care.
- Put away or tell us about fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items. We handle items with care but cannot be responsible for items we were not told about.
- Tell us if you prefer specific products for delicate surfaces.
4. Cancellations, re-cleans and refunds
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you are not satisfied with an area, tell us within 24 hours after the service and we will re-clean it at no additional charge. Details are on the Cancellations & Refunds page.
5. Damage and liability
If something is damaged during a service, tell us as soon as possible after the service so we can look into it with you. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a service is limited to the damage we caused, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Louisiana law, including liability for intentional or gross fault, and nothing limits the rights you have as a consumer.
6. Using the website
- Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not submit false or abusive content through the forms.
- The site content, design and logo belong to MS Multiservices LA or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
- The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or always online. Links to other sites (such as WhatsApp and Google) are outside our control.
7. Reviews you submit
When you submit a review you confirm it reflects your own experience as our customer, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it on this site (with your chosen name, city and service) until you ask us to remove it. Reviews are published under our Review Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable U.S. federal law, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Louisiana, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies to the site from that date. A booking is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed.
