Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information MS Multiservices LA (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit https://msmultiservicesla.com, request a quote, contact us or leave a review. We keep it short on purpose: we collect very little.
1. Information we handle

2. Third parties involved
- Hosting: the site and the review database are hosted by Hostinger, which processes technical data and the review data on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The Google Maps embed loads only if you allow it; when it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and the site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
3. How long we keep it
- Approved reviews stay published until you ask us to remove or change them.
- Rejected reviews, with their email and details, are deleted automatically after 90 days. Pending reviews are kept until we decide on them.
- Anti-spam records (hashed IP and timestamp) are deleted automatically after 2 days.
- Messages, calls and emails about a service are kept as long as needed to provide the service and for our ordinary business and tax records.
4. Your choices and rights
Anyone can ask us to tell them what we hold about them, correct it, or delete it, and can ask us to remove a published review. Write to us (details below) and we will answer within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is really you.
California and other U.S. residents. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We will honor reasonable access, correction and deletion requests from any visitor regardless of state. We do not track visitors across other sites, so there is no “Do Not Track” signal to honor.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Our service is offered in Louisiana. If the data protection laws of your country still apply to you, you have the rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent (reviews, optional Google Maps, contact requests) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and answering you.
5. Children
This site is for adults hiring cleaning services. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Security and transfers
The review form uses HTTPS and our database access is protected by passwords. No online service is perfectly secure. Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.
7. Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and its date.
